How do I return an item?
Returning An Item
Returns are accepted in the event the item you received is not what you ordered, or if the item is broken or defective when received. Returned items (wrong item received) must be in new, pristine condition in unopened packaging. We sell several items which are very similar to each other and make every effort to encourage shoppers to be very certain the item they order is the one they need. Please contact us immediately if a wrong or damaged item is received, as we do not offer an extended return period, and will need to claim insurance right away if applicable. We reserve the right to decline to replace an item if there is any sign of handling or use, or if the incorrect item is not returned promptly. Strings are not accepted for return once opened. Please contact us for instructions on mailing an item back.
